This policy explains what information AutopilotVids handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to AutopilotVids websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). “AutopilotVids,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email address, profile details, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Content and production data: prompts, scripts, uploads, brand settings, series configurations, generated media, schedules, and other material you submit or create.
  • Connected-platform data: account identifiers, channel names, connection status, publishing permissions, OAuth tokens, and publishing results from social platforms you connect.
  • Transaction information: plan, credit balance, purchase history, billing status, and limited payment metadata. Full payment-card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by AutopilotVids.
  • Usage and device data: pages and features used, production events, error logs, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and security-related activity.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, survey responses, and messages you send us.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Generate requested scripts, audio, visuals, captions, and videos.
  • Schedule and publish content to platforms you authorize.
  • Process subscriptions, credits, and other transactions.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts and connected services.
  • Diagnose errors, retry failed jobs, and provide customer support.
  • Send service notices and, where permitted, product communications.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, illegal activity, and policy violations.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. AI processing and service providers

AutopilotVids uses specialized vendors to help generate text, speech, images, animation, music treatment, and rendered video. Information needed to perform a requested job may be sent to those providers. We also use providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, email, monitoring, analytics, and customer support. Providers may process information only to perform services for us, subject to their contracts and applicable law.

5. When information is shared

We may share information:

  • With service providers described above.
  • With TikTok, Meta, Google, or another platform when you direct us to connect an account or publish content there.
  • With professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and financing or transaction counterparties under appropriate confidentiality terms.
  • To comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change, we will provide any notice and choices required by law.

6. Connected social accounts

Connecting a social account authorizes AutopilotVids to take the actions displayed during the connection flow, such as reading basic channel information or publishing content. You can revoke a connection in the Service or through the social platform. Revocation stops future access, but does not remove content already published or records we must retain.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember settings, maintain security, understand Service performance, and improve the user experience. Browser settings can block some technologies, but doing so may prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of data and why it was collected. You may delete content or request account deletion, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational exceptions.

9. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. You may also disconnect social accounts and manage communication preferences. To submit a request, contact privacy@autopilotvids.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

11. International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and provide additional information on request.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

13. Changes and contact
